no it doesnt, it might make the sale easier though.
Tbh I would give two BO prices for your shield ~ One modded and one clean.then just use perfect salvage if necessary. BTW that is the only strength req one I have seen so far too. Bear this in mind when selling and try and get more than you would ask for for the more common tactics version |
